The Second International Scientific Conference "Legal and Economic Aspects of the Process of BiH Integration into the EU" was held.

The Faculty of Law and Economics of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica were the organizers of the Second International Scientific Conference entitled "Legal and Economic Aspects of the Integration Process of BiH into the European Union", which was held on April 20 and 21, 2017. at the Faculty of Economics of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar. Introductory presentations were given by Prof. Dr. Mehmedalija Hadžović, (Council of Ministers of BiH), Maja Rimac - Bjelobrk, (Directorate for European Integration of BiH), and Prof. Dr. Slavo Kukić , (Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar). The moderator of the first day was Prof. Dr. Damir Zaklan (Faculty of Economics, University of "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar), and Prof. Ph.D. Jozo Čizmić (Faculty of Law, University of Split) was the moderator on the second day of the Conference. At the conference, 40 (out of a total of 60) successfully peer-reviewed papers by authors from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the countries of the region were exhibited, which were published in the thematic issue of the Law and Economics Review of the Faculty of Law and the Proceedings of the Faculty of Economics of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar. The papers explored issues legal and economic aspects of the process of integration of BiH into the EU, and diagnosed possible directions for further action with the aim of optimally specifying activities that will result in easier access of BiH to the integration processes of the EU. The participants of the conference expressed their satisfaction with the organization and quality of the presented and published works, and at the end the conclusions were determined and proposals for the improvement and acceleration of legal and economic reforms in BiH on the way to the European Union, which will be sent to all relevant institutions
