The 11th International Scientific Conference "Days of Family Law" was held at the Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, with the support of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), organized the 11th international scientific conference "Days of Family Law", which was held on September 21st and 22nd , 2023, in the Hotel "Mostar".
The goal of this year's scientific meeting was to bring together the academic community, legal practitioners and other experts in a comprehensive, argumentative and constructive discussion on the most current issues of family law on the national, European and international level.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Ph.D. professor Amra Jašarbegović, Vice-Rector for Finance of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, Ph.D. professor Armina Hubana, Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Ph.D. professor Rašid Hadžović, Assistant Minister for Science and Technology of the Federal Ministry of Education and Science, Ph. M. Jasmin Branković and Ph. D. Stefan Pürner, the Head of South-East Europe I (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) at the IRZ foundation, which was followed by the working part of the gathering in which scientific workers, teachers and associates from the universities from Zagreb, Sarajevo, East Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla, Banja Luka and Mostar as well as legal experts, judges of Municipal and Cantonal Courts, notaries, lawyers and representatives of the Center for Social Work took part.
