A competition has been opened for the selection of the best written student paper on the topic of international arbitration. The goal of the award is to encourage scientific work in the field of international arbitration among law students, to create a forum for students where they can exchange ideas, enrich their professional and academic community, and expand the reach of regional scientific research work in the global community of practitioners of international arbitration. The competition is also an opportunity for students to financially support their studies with a meritorious monetary award and to stand out in the academic world by publishing work in a world-renowned publication in the field of international arbitration.
The following prizes will be awarded to the winners: (i) a cash prize of USD 3,000.00 (first place), USD 2,000.00 (second place), USD 1,000.00 (third place); (ii) an opportunity to publish the article (with editor's approval) in a recognized legal publication; and (iii) an invitation to a formal dinner with the commission members, who are leading domestic and international lawyers in the field of international arbitration and who are expected to be able to offer work experience and internships to successful students.
Papers will be evaluated and ranked by members of the domestic and international selection committee, which consists of leading domestic and international lawyers in the field of arbitration.
