Exam in Roman Law

On March 16, 2021, at the Faculty of Law of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, a trial simulation was held in the Domestic Violence case. The simulation is the final activity carried out as part of the "Clinical Education for Law Students in BiH" Project. implemented for the third year in a row by NCSC - National Center for State Courts - Office for Combating International Drug Trafficking and Law Enforcement of the US Department of State, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar.

The project activities lasted 15 weeks, where the students, going through fifteen Modules, mastered the skills of public speaking, faced their implicit prejudices, and prepared for the main trial in criminal proceedings. This year, the Clinic was attended by students of the Faculty of Law - General Department, as well as students of the "Criminology and Security Studies" department.

The clinic with the students was led by prof. Ph.D. Denis Pajić and v. asst. M.Sc. Sunčica Hajdarović, with the help and support of legal practitioners, prosecutors of the HNK Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, Sanel Pajević and Darka Zovka, and Adnan Beganović, a lawyer from Mostar.

The simulation of the trial was held live, in the Hall for simulated trials of the Faculty of Law, with adherence to epidemiological measures.
